About Us

Billing is one component of a cardiology practice that cannot be overlooked or underestimated. If the billing is done properly then the cardiology practice will thrive and progress naturally. Without adequate billing the cardiology practice will struggle endlessly and eventually fail.

When we started in medical field we noticed that a lot of billing companies & office staff were not performing to the doctors’ expectations. We also so that the billing companies were putting too much work back on the physicians and their staff.

We were able to take a select group of practices and implement a number of protocols, technology upgrades and management tools that sent those practices well beyond the expectations of the head physician.  The reason this works is because we have seen both sides of success and failure in a medical practice.

We have tenaciously researched and developed processes for billing procedures and work-flow in the cardiology practice. Many people consider this to be unnecessary or tedious; some even think that such attention to detail is ‘downright crazy’. Well, consider this; improving work-flow by 5 minutes a day seems like a small amount, when added up over a year it comes out to nearly 20 hours.

A recent survey of 100 cardiology practices revealed that 90% of the physicians felt they were losing money due to poor billing practices and 87% of their staff felt they did not have enough time to complete their work properly.

By implementing our proven billing & management methods a cardiologist can make huge strides with increased revenue & office management.
